MSTANY is a military-style fitness bootcamp like no other. We have the only indoor obstacle training facility (7K square-feet) on Long Island. Our trainers are current and former members of the USMC. No nonsense, no excuses here. We're tough; we have to be to help you lose weight, gain more muscle and greater stamina, and boost your mood.
