I am from out of town, and we came to the urgent care for my 13 month old daughters. The hospital is very clean. It was pretty quick to be seen for an ER/Urgent Care. We registered and were triaged immediately. Staff was friendly, and care was good. Hopefully, I won't need an urgent care or ER visit on vacation again, but this would be my first choice. They were very child friendly.

We just took our 3yo son there after a fall on the slide. Super clean, efficient, kind, and competent team. Dr Weise diagnosed and fixed our son’s dislocated elbow with incredible expertise and bedside manner to match. Thank you, Charlevoix Hospital ED!

Had to go to the ER for severe abdominal pain. The check in process was quick and easy. My nurse Kayla was very friendly and had me prepped for IV and a pain med. I met my Physician Assistant Linda who very thorough and took her time explaining the possible problems. Got in for a CT scan and was released with my diagnosis, Linda took her time answering all my non medical questions, recovery procedure and follow up. I was very satisfied with the care I received at this hospital.

Petoskey E.R. had us wait 2 hours while my wife was in agonizing pain. Had to get a wheelchair myself. Would not help and lied to me 3 times. Sarcastic and condescending.  Left and drove back to Charlevoix. They immediately sent a nurse to wheelchair her in. I.V. within 5 minutes of arriving. In a room and bed within 15 minutes. I think we know where to go next time. Thank you for caring and being kind and respectful to us and taking us seriously. It means a lot when you are scared for a loved one.

Been using Charlevoix Hospital for almost 7 years.  There are high points and low points with the transition of ownership.  I was very concerned about the new owners who I was familiar with their service in another city and was very dissatisfied.  I kept my same doctors so things stayed pretty much the same, vastly different from other campuses.

I'm extremely happy with  my visit to the er. I was checked in, taken back to triage, then a room. They listened and really helped me with my slipped disc pain on my sciatic nerve. I don't think we were there more then 2 hours. They're better then Petoskey,  just saying.

Spent the day waiting for my Dad, who was having knee replacement surgery. Joanne, at front desk, was super nice to every person that walked by. Cafeteria staff was very accommodating even though they were down a member. Food was good. And Dad is doing great tomorrow is the true test

Seems to be slow these days and extremely dirty, makes me very nervous when I'm here and notice how filthy everything is especially the floors, you would think that after everything we went through over covid that hospital's would keep clean, probably to top heavy to much administration

I had to go to the Radiology department today for an annual check up.  The staff was very polite and courteous.  The young lady that did my test was very respectful and very timely.  Glad I went today.  Take care of your health everyone.

I'm so thankful for Dr. Melodie Brown, she didn't just throw another antibiotic at me and send me on my way,  she got to the root of the problem, got me the help I've been needing for a while now,  she took the time to listen and care.  And I couldn't be more appreciative of that.  Plus nurse Savannah, was amazing and so helpful and caring as well. Best care I've ever received!
