Muse in the Harbor, located on Sag Harbor's bustling Main Street, offers an expanded New American menu from Chef-owner Matthew Guiffrida. An inspiration for the senses, the centerpiece of the dining room – a blue LED 8-foot long, 4-foot high fish tank filled with tropical fish – doubles as an attraction for families and a conversation starter for first dates. Inside the stucco building, new features include driftwood floors, metallic paint, light blue and silver-grey hues. One remnant of the old space remains – the French doors – providing an open and airy dining atmosphere.
Serving fare with flair, the New American menu expands at Muse in the Harbor offering old Muse favorites and new creative dishes from pasta to seafood. Customized vegetarian and vegan options are also available. The drink list offers “creative libations.” The restaurant is also open for late-night action featuring DJs, bands and a bar menu in the fall.
