The park was nice, the campground was clean but there is no shade trees so bring pop ups to help with that. The staff seems nice. The only problem I had where the restrooms where so filthy and not cleaned, no soap in the dispenser, dirty toilets, and showers. Other than that great weekend getaway easy walk to downtown.Service: 3/5
I have been here for 3 days the bathrooms have no been cleaned at all. There is feces on the floor and toilet. There hasn't been any soap in the dispenser since I arrived. Nearby activities: walking distance to downtown Napa
Great location along the river. The location is remote so bring what you need. The swimming hole was a much needed break from the heat.Location: 5/5
Love the location and all. The rooms are dependant on what Rv your staying in.. i rated 2 stars for rooms because although the restrooms are decent.. the shower barely hits warm.. need a new waterheater or at least back off on the temp control govenor hehe... and lastly the laundryroom washer ate my $ and did not work.. : id give this spot a all around 5star review if shower was actually hot!
I really wanted to love it because it’s got full hookups, nice concrete pads and a fantastic location. However there are two big negatives—The bathrooms are always dirty. We stayed 4 nights and they were never cleaned and no toilet paper one full day. More seriously, our site was infested with ants. If we would have been warned about this at check in and told to spray around our camper we could have prevented the infestation inside our camper. They got into all our food cabinets and we had to throw out a lot of food. The food was somewhat sealed for normal camping but not for camping on an ant farm. It took two days to finally eliminate the ants by using sprays inside and out, and traps inside. The same thing happened on a site two sites away to two different reservations. Obviously it’s a problem on certain sites. For those reasons we would never camp there again.
Perfect place to stay if you’re planning on exploring the Napa Valley for a couple of days. The staff was very friendly and the RV spot was great! The only issue was the bathrooms. They were extremely dirty and the showers could use a good scrubbing.Service: 4/5
Over all a decent spot. Wifi was down. Probably too much to ask in this day and age, but it would have been nice to be notified prior to arrival. Sewer intake was at the front of the space, so if no extension you were out of luck.
I would give 5 stars if the security was better but it is expected some riff raff will be coming through due to the location. The staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly. Unless you want ants in your pants I would not use the public washroom, there were ants all over the bowl, seat and floor. One of the nights some goofballs drove in and tried to run over some of the resident cats. A gate with a keycard after hours would work. I would stay here again due the close location to Napa.
Constant 24/7 in and out traffic from the large PGE/Contractor medium duty trucks that use the RV driveway to access there parking lot and Bingo every night till about 10pm, which is packed. People can just come in off the street and have seen homeless coming into the park from downtown. The camp host was not very nice. He has a very dirty, cluttered run down trailer he lives in.
Full hook ups, concrete pads, wide spots. Close to town. Not much else. No pool or cable. Not sure about Wi-Fi. Small laundry. We had ants infestation and site was not clean when we got there. It at least should be blown off.
