What sets NEW-R BODIES Fitness Center apart?
We at NEW-R BODIES feel that Nutrition, Exercise and Wellness lead to Restoration and ultimately a NEW-R BODY. Our 7000+ square foot facility is built to house the comprehensive wellness needs of today’s consumer. Accommodations include areas for individual fitness programs, group fitness programs, nutrition programs, free weights, machine fitness equipment, aerobic equipment, locker rooms and showers.
NEW-R BODIES is open to the public for gym memberships and is a logical progression for post-rehabilitation and other medical conditions. Patients are provided assistance in transitioning from rehabilitation programs into a lifestyle of fitness. Therefore, NEW-R BODIES Fitness Center was created as a continuum of services from health care to comprehensive wellness for patients and non-patients alike.
Our staff of licensed allied health and advanced degree professionals is here to get the results you want.
During your initial visits, our staff will sit down with you to review a comprehensive medical history. Your fitness goals will be reviewed, and based on your personal fitness goals, our staff will recommend a specific program designed to assist you in meeting those goals. We offer both individualized fitness programs as well as group fitness programs.
