This is home of the weight loss program Ideal Protein I have been a member since 2019. THIS DIET REALLY WORKS!!!!! The only thing that is required of you is COMMITMENT to the program, on January 3rd of 2022 my son started the Ideal Protein and I restarted it . Yesterday 01/22/2022 at our weekly weigh in Tyler had lost 25 lbs. and I lost 17 lbs. the establishment is firm on following COVID-19 Protocols .The staff is courteous , professional and friendly. Dr. Riley is our program coach , educates us on nutrition, the sum of all the parts of the Science of the Ideal Protein Diet.

My mother, sister and I joined this program a month ago to lose weight for my upcoming wedding and to have a healthier lifestyle. The staff at ideal protein is extremely supportive and welcoming and helped us all lose more weight than any other weight loss program! The staff treat you like family and care about your goals and giving you a happy and healthy lifestyle.

I love NJ center for health and healing. They've given me my confidence back. They've shown me how to eat right. They're protocol makes sense and it works. The food they give you is delicious and you get to choose. And they're with you every step of the way!

I decided to join the ideal protein program at the NJ Center for Health and Healing 11 weeks ago, and in that time I’ve received all the supervision, support and encouragement I needed to continue with my weight loss journey. When I first started I was a little worried I wouldn’t be able to stick to the plan but after trying all their delicious foods it didn’t feel like a diet anymore. You get to choose what you buy according to what you like which is great if you are a picky eater like me. Also, the coaches are always available to answer questions and they are all very friendly. I highly recommend this place to anybody who wants to lose weight and better their health.

I am very pleased with everything so far, at NJ Center for Health & Healing, I had checked out a few clinics for Ideal Protein and found this one for a friend who lives in Clifton, NJ. She not only successfully lost weight but went on to achieve one of her dreams and had a baby. All because of losing weight and controlling her diabetes. I then had another friend, a nutritionist, decide to check out Ideal Protein on my recommendation for her sisters and herself. They all visit this clinic and loved it too! Well, I live near a few clinics but pass them by and have decided to use the staff here and see what they are all about. I am not new to Ideal Protein and know that it is the coaching and resources that help you succeed. I was right all along about this entire clinic. They rock! I am losing weight quickly 20 lbs in a month and am well on my way to health and happiness. Thank you for all that you do, it does make a difference and we all appreciate it very much!

I started Ideal Protein 4 weeks ago today and I couldn't feel better. The first few days were tough for me but once you get through it it becomes easier and you start to feel like a new person. I'm down 11 lbs and have lost a total of 8 inches! This is amazing to me !! The staff and coaches always make you feel so comfortable and answer all your questions. If you put your mind to it, anything is possible. I 100% recommend this diet !!

Decided to get a better grip on nutrition and really think about what I was fueling it with. NJ Center for Health and Healing helped me do that. The knowledge and wisdom that I have gained is incredible. Making better choices and keeping them! So glad I chose this team to help me with my healthy lifestyle and goals! The staff is fantastic! I have been on their weight loss management plan for 5 weeks and so far I have lost almost 15 pounds. The weekly counseling sessions really help me stay on track. Jamie is very positive and has lots of helpful hints. The food is really good which makes the plan easier. The staff is always cheerful, friendly and ready to celebrate my accomplishments. I never feel pressured to buy food or extra items. This was the best decision I have made regarding weight loss and creating a new lifestyle.

I have been going to NJ Center for over a month now and it has been a great experience. I have lost over 30 lbs. I feel great and have gotten back to things I haven't done in years.
