Just like your average guy, I waited much too long to grab some essentials for an event. I did not give him much to work with but Enrique made it happen and I'm grateful.
Very solid Nordstrom in the suburbs; facility is clean and fairly organized, though I've noticed their inventory levels of late seem fairly light. Additionally the men's section sometimes is inundated and guests are left to wander. That being said I just had a 5/5 experience with Courtney though I hope I am spelling her name correctly. She was extremely helpful, thoughtful and courteous. It's rare to find an employee who so swiftly able to try and figure things out to help a guest. Awesome work Courtney!
We don't actually shop all that much at Nordstrom when at the Burlington mall. However, as a father, I am appreciative for their well kept family bathrooms and scarcely used elevator that we use while there. Easily worth four stars just for that.
Cheryl S. went above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service when a dress I ordered online arrived without its belt. She reached out immediately when she learned of my time sensitive situation, and gave me daily updates as she worked to fix the vendor's mistake before my event. She reassured me throughout the process and explained each stage she went through to solve this problem. Within 4 days she got the missing belt to me, and I was able to wear the dress 2 days later. I was thrilled with her detailed, personal email correspondence, and her dedication to resolving this mistake as quickly as possible. Thank you, Cheryl. You are absolutely fantastic at your job!
I do not recommend shopping here or ordering online for pickup. I ordered a wallet for my father today which said it would be ready for pickup by the end of the day. When I go to pick up my order the 5 employees at the pick-up desk said that even though online stated my order would be ready by the end of the day, it doesn’t guarantee I would be able to pick it up today. Which makes completely no sense and is false advertisement. I then ask if I would be able to ship it to my house instead because I would rather not deal with this chaos again. They said that they wouldn’t be able to do that in stores and I would have to call customer service to switch it when my order is ready. I don’t understand why the 5 employees all standing there twiddling their thumbs couldn’t take down my address and change it themselves, instead they chose to be lazy. Due to this lack of customer service, I decided to go down to the men wallet section and try to find the wallet to purchase myself. To my surprise I was disappointed by the lack of organization the wallet shelf was in. All the wallets looked like they have been ransacked. The boxes either didn’t have a top or had the wrong wallet in a different box showing a different price. For Nordstrom to be considered a luxury department store I would expect better organization and quality. Instead TJ Maxx seems to have mastered the skill of organization and customer service better than Nordstrom. For spending over $100 on a wallet I would expect nice packaging with correct price labels. I honestly was just so disappointed by this experience that I hope to never give my business to this store again. I will be ordering a wallet on Amazon.
The worst company I’ve ever seen! Whenever I purchase any product online they send the wrong one! This happened to me 2 times. I bought Tom Ford sunglasses they sent totally wrong sunglasses! And today I received a belt which I saw in store and they shipped it to me and again I received another product! Please don’t buy anything online!
This store location does not stock plus sizes, but the sales clerk said perhaps someone would have done a plus size return and that would be on the return rack. The in-store prices were higher than online markdowns. The store clerks seemed frustrated to explain the basics of dressing for a formal event to me... but having someone explain that was the reason why I went to this luxury department store. I was ready to throw money at the problem of looking pretty for an upcoming wedding I felt anxious about, but I only got a pair of Spanx and left feeling disappointed.
Went there looking for a specific perfume for my wife. I found it but paid a premium price for it. But that is Nordstrom... The store is super clean and organized. The retail staff was very professional and friendly.
Great staff. Jacqueline in cosmetics is absolutely wonderful! I'm tremendously disappointed that they do not carry plus sizes in the women's department.
Outstanding! I was shopping for a new men's suite, and Ken, from that department was extremely professional and helpful. He found what I was looking for in no time, and 20 minutes later I completed the purchase of the suite, three shirts and two ties. It was a great experience as I do not like spending a lot of time shopping.
