Wide selection of clothes that are inexpensive but high quality. Line can be a bit long, but that’s to be expected because there is normally a lot of people there. Fitting rooms smell great for some reason

Lots and lots of options for relatively to very cheap prices. It's really refreshing to see clothing and shoe options of decent quality for a decent price! I wish I had one closer to me.

I heard about this place so I decided to visit it today. It's in a Burlington Mall and they took over from Sears. It's in the corner of the building. The place is huge and I mean huge.  Because of it size I would have expected it employees to guide customers and a specific index to tell you where the thousands and thousands of items are. I so one employee during the hour and a half that I was there. The other employees were folding clothes and oblivious to the customers. The index told you the various sections but not where they are.  I find such an omission  neglect of the customers.  At the same time, primark had many many cameras whose intent was security and lost prevention. That is my educated guess.  The were a few signs that were helpful.  But that was an exception to the rule. Going around and looking for things and items was nothing short of tedious expedition.  The prices were low.  I believe that's because many items were made in Southeast Asia like Bangladesh and Vietnam. There was no attempt to assure the public that the conditions of the factories met international treaties. So I can only assume, it's selling the product cheaply what's more important than educating the public.  Some items were and had many choices while others had very few choices.  I ran out of energy to take pictures because there was so much one could take pictures of. What do I think, when you read my review, I still think it's worthwhile place to shop or visit if you don't care about where the products were made and you are willing to spend your time I'm going to Safari.  Notably, they made it great effort to expedite and regulate the check out area which was clearly delineated.  I would recommend that you try this store at least once.

Prices are great, quality is not bad and location is good. The 2 big issues are with checkout and layout. Rather then normal cashier at the front or back of house. They have it in the middle of the  men’s section behind a wall of shirts. The lines don’t move and wrap around. Since this is a boxed in area, there is no moving air and lots of people. 4 buck shirt that rang in 5 after a 40min line I just said ok and wanted out.

Came to Primark for the first time to go back to school shopping for my daughters. I didn’t know how the sizing ran so I got their regular sizes nothing fit. Went back to the store two weeks later to exchange lost the receipt and was told they don’t return or exchange or offer any type of in store credit with no receipt. I even asked if they could try to look it up with my card since any other retail store can do the same. Left with a bag full or clothes that my kids will never wear. Never will shop this place again.

I have visited Primark in few countries United Kingdom  and United States , their interiors are pretty much same and always great collections from infants , kids, youth and adults and seniors… Price is great for the quality you get.

Cool store with wide variety of selections to shop for. Clothing wise, just about everything is sold here.

Amazing place to shop. The store is huge. You don't know which end to begin shopping. It's busy, but the lines on the checkout area are very fast.

Great place to go shopping for less. Nice quality. No too expensive

Place is clean and has a bunch of options the down side is they never have any cashiers so there is always lines wrapping around the front
