This facility was fabulous with our baby kitten that had a reaction to his first vaccine! Got him in right away! Put our worries at ease! Highly recommend!! The staff was great! Will be back 100%.

I can't say enough about this clinic! They are very professional and respectful. The care and attention they give to every patient is obvious as soon as you step into the place. I really like the fact that they don't overbook and stay true to their appointments. It can be a bit difficult to make an appointment, but in the end it is best for everyone. I had the privilege of speaking to "Sara" and was so impressed by her kindness, concern and the time she took to explain everything in terms I understood. She made sure I knew exactly how to care for my girl after her surgery and what to expect and what I should look for in the case of a complication. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your kindness and professionalism!!!!!

I had taken my cat in to be spayed about a month ago. I had just waited until she was fully healed so I could give an honest review. Amazing place! My cat was very well taken care of. We had waited the recommended two weeks to keep her in a cone, but she had but herself back open, so we left it on her for another week until we were 100% sure it was fully healed. Other than that the experience was great, I would entrust her or any other pets with them again!

I brought my six month old kitten, Lolo, here for a spay after I went through the process on the first of the month to request an appointment. In every interaction, everyone at the Spay Neuter Clinic was friendly, helpful, and committed. On the day of the surgery, they were so engaged and obviously loved animals. I had to admit that the building's appearance made me a bit nervous, but I was instantly relieved when they were so informative about the procedure and provided me with everything that I needed to know from information to medications. The price was so fair compared to other vets, and Lolo was up and causing trouble as soon as we got home. I can't say enough good things about this place and everyone who works here! I highly recommend the Spay Neuter Clinic, and I've told all my friends about it. What a wonderful service and extraordinary care that you provide. Thank you for taking such good care of Lolo and easing all my concerns!

My daughter and I took our sister pups to be spayed and they were soooo good with them, took excellent care and followed up with us after and helped us feel so good about our decision to use them!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND to everyone who needs to spay or nueter!

GO TO THE HUMANE SOCIETY - ITS LESS MONEY AND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE - I arrived at the Clinic on October 17, 2022 and walked to the front door with 2 cats. A girl was very rude and told me I needed to wait in my car. I've read other reviews and completely understand about this individual. She does not deserve her job for treating people this way. I told her I'm in the middle of moving and my entire vehicle is full. She responded "Well, how did you get them here?" There was no way I could put them back inside for how packed my car was so I had to wait outside in the cold. She clearly saw me and didn't care. Rt 8 is a very busy highway and I sat in the parking lot, on concrete, for 45mins before being addressed. I was the last one taken care of. I was told to arrive between 8-8:15am and at this point it was 8:45am. The place looks horrible from the outside. Hopefully inside they're not using rusty instruments on animals. Luckily, my cats came out alive and have been doing fine. I was never informed of the additional fee for the microchip of $24.95 afterwards. I arrived and the other employees were very respectful and knowledgeable. It's disappointing to have a person give a terrible first impression of the business. I was very close to leaving after experiencing this. If I could do it all over I would have went to the Humane Society.

They are very very professional and caring with the dogs and cats brought in. I was immediately put at ease by the compassionate staff. The treated my pets like they were their own, my dogs are hyper at vet clinics and they even relaxed. Great staff awesome veterinarian. She takes time to answer questions and you can tell your pets are in a safe professional clinic.

Quick n easy if you're looking for very specific services. I was mostly satisfied and my expectations met but they did not give my cat the full package I requested. So she only got her rabies shot, nothing else. I had requested package A and the tech even confirmed that before taking her back. My puppy was charged for his selected package. Also the prices seem reasonable unless you have a puppy/kitten and then factor in the cost of their necessary booster shots. They also take back animal without the owner which just teases my anxiety a bit. The tech also could've been a little more friendly, but she was satisfactory. I'll be returning, but primarily due to cost especially since other low cost vet clinics in the area don't take new clients :-

My puppy got neutered and the service was great. Even though it was during COVID they kept me informed while he was getting looked up previous to his surfer. They found two extra teeth that needed removed. A couple of years after that I had his teeth cleaned. Again, very nice staff; they kept me informed and my dog did great.

One of the best Vets I’ve ever taken our little man to!!! Everyone here was extremely friendly and welcoming. Our chihuahua Barley needed a procedure performed and I will say that without a doubt we were more than happy!! No need to look elsewhere the whole experience outstanding and would recommend to all!
