The North Plainfield Exempt Firefighters museum is a collection of the Fire Services rich history, displaying a bygone era, for education and reflection.
The North Plainfield Exempt Firefighters Museum houses many historic fire service apparatus as well as equipment, historic photographs, and literature. The museum and exempt hall is currently under restoration due to disrepair and lack of funding. We are currently seeking volunteer efforts and funding to aide in the restoration process.
Our goal is to restore the museum for public information and reflection. We also would like to preserve the history for firefighters in honor of the firefighters that came before.
