I specifically asked the cashier for the store’s return policy prior to my purchase as I was buying 2 sizes of the same dress not knowing which would fit my sister. The cashier told me that I can return within 30-days for a full refund. When I went back to the store today to return the dress, they told me that the store has a No Refund policy, but can offer me store credit. I explained that no one in their right mind would buy 2 of the exact same dress without being able to return the size that doesn't fit, and that the cashier clearly told me this wouldn’t be an issue before I swiped my card. Instead of helping me, they interrogated me on who the cashier was that sold to me. They then called the owner to explain the situation – only for the owner to state “No, she would never say that as she knows the store’s policies.” I was told that I should come back to the store each day until the cashier that sold to me was working so that she can remember me & confirm to the owner that she had misinformed me of the store’s return policy. This store is clearly not interested in customer service. Beware of any retail transactions you make with this establishment!
