It was ok. They didn't have my reservation. Not one person introduced themselves from the minute I walked in till the minute I left. When they called us back, a lurch and the vet came back there. He immediately picked my dog up, held him down and got jabbed twice. The only redemptive qualities why I'll go back was the vet was super sweet and kind though I don't know her name and it was quick.
I find it hard to believe some of those reviews. All of the staff at Oak Park have taken care of my dog since he was 8 weeks old. Dozer will be 4 in December. I have always been treated very well by the staff and Dr. Grissom. My dog has been kenneled there without any issues. They have saved his life on one occasion. I respect them all. I now live in Hot Springs and still drive my dog to Pine Bluff for any issues. Dozer loves them all that tells me all I need to know.
I hate that this clinic changed personnel. The older receptionist is so rude. When you call she is very smart mouthed about everything and not friendly at all. We will no longer be taking our fur babies here. Thought we would give them a chance but big thumbs down for me.
Dr. Grissom and his staff are so professional and caring! My father and mother have always took their pets there and once I started getting pets I always took them there. I have six cats and Dr. Grissom treats them all, from annual vaccinations to spay and neuter even an emergency surgery on my sweet Dexter. He knows them all by name and loves them up each visit. He is amazing at his job. There is no one else I would ever take my pets to. He is very knowledgeable and so are his staff members. Dr. Grissom is by far the best veterinarian in Pine Bluff Arkansas, in my opinion. Thank you guys for always treating my babies well! His prices are fair and you can rest assured your pets are being treated well! I'm very shocked with the negative reviews I've seen here. There are a few reviews I wish I could comment on but I want to assure everyone there is more to the negative reviews than you're being told. This clinic is very wonderful and I never take my animals anywhere else but here. They are the only clinic I trust.

My Rottweiler broke his leg a day after Christmas it was almost closing time and I live 30 minutes away. I called them and told them my situation and they stayed open way past hours to make sure I got him there and they could tend to him accordingly. Great people that work there and a even better Dr. They treat your animals like their own baby’s. Highly recommend this to any of my family and friends.
The service was terrible and the employees seemed to have their picks and chooses of who could get billed and who had to pay upfront. When my mother's dog was picked up after an overnight stay he was so thirsty when he got home it was ridiculous!! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
If I could give no stars I would. We have been using this vet for several years. Up until the last couple of times we tried to bring in a pet. Whomever they have answering the phone was very rude to my daughter on the phone. But we decided to overlook it since we’ve been using only them. She got an estimate for the services we needed. The person who was so rude did not bother to tell her she needed to make an appointment or anything. So when my husband showed up the next day with her cat, they were also very rude to him. It was the same girl that was rude to my daughter on the phone. She told him we did not have an appointment, which is fine but she had a very horrible attitude. Needless to say, even when the lady we have always dealt with made it in, she told my husband that if he was not happy with it, we should use Lubeker or some other vet. This isn’t the first time he has been told this there. So this time we decided to take her advice. We have moved our business to Hunters Animal Hospital in White Hall. They are wonderful! Very friendly, knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to help you. Save yourself the headache and skip this place!
They were very nice they got us right in help us take care of our dog we will go here all the time now
Dr. Grissom is kind and thorough. His staff is great!
