I always walk in to smiling faces asking if I need any help. They’re facilities are always clean and available to be used for changing into clothes. They’re employees are a cut above the rest and always engaging in conversation.
The store is Amazing I love to go and the staff is always so nice
I have been here before. I came to get men's pants. They were 50% off. So 20$ which is not bad. They have always had really nice stuff. They do not plaid for women. Or at least not that I saw.
We had such a great experience! Great deals! We found everything we were looking for! Erin and Mary were SO helpful and kind going out of their way to make an order for us online!

Wanting to buy a gift card for a gift, I called to check if they had any. When the associate found out I was handicapped, she encouraged me to park immediately in front of their store the spaces were marked for a different group, not handicapped and they would be happy to help me. The next day, when I arrived she knew that I was the one who called. It was a pleasure to shop where someone cared.
Not only was this store clean and organized but they also had the friendliest cashier ever. Walking through this store and finding cute, affordable pieces made me feel included in a way I haven’t felt in years. Old navy is definitely my new spot.
Had to get some shorts to survive the triple digit heat of Texas. I found some nice Everyday Shorts - I think that was what they were called. Had my size. The store was clean and well organized. Very nice.

we accidentally came in right at close and stayed 20 minutes after without realizing but the workers were so kind and helpful, and the store was clean and well kept! thank you guys for being so patient with us, I'm so sorry for staying late! we've all worked at stores like that before and know how much that sucks so thank you for being so kind!!
