Party City

Had a big bouquet of latex/foil balloons, half party city and half Amazon.. left the store and my toddler unclipped the strings and they all flew away somehow even though they were “attached” to the weight. Party city actually replaced all the store bought ones and then some since we didn’t have a lot of extra Amazon ones. So thankful for them! But please check your knots!!

This is a great place to go for party and event needs. The last time I went they were sold out of what I needed and they suggested where I could get what I needed. Very helpful!

My Granddaughter, Layla Elaine Seigler's 1st grade class, at Greens Prairie Elementary School was having a 'Luai Picnic' lunch. So, we headed straight to the only place I knew would have all the things she would need to be 'decked out' for this fun day...Her mother, Valarie Renter, french braided her hair very nice!!

Staff was nice. But I brought a ballon for 3.72 and when I was walking to the restaurant I was going to the ballon got untied while I was holding onto the other end. Very sad and the worker should learn to tie knots better. :/

There is always something unusual to discover and the prices are great. Always associates available willing to help.

Had a fairly large order and communication was great! Once I got to the store, both people at the counter were extremely helpful. I had one balloon pop on the way out and I got the ribbons tangled in the wind once I got to the parking lot. I didn't even ask them to do it, but they replaced the balloon, untangled the ribbons and separated into two bunches to make it easier to manage. EXCELLENT customer service!
