Great location, friendly customer service and reasonable prices. This store is well organized and things are found very easily.
The associates are friendly and helpful. However, it would be nice if it was cooler in the store. It is not easy shopping when it is so warm in the store.
My son was in need of a suit for an event and Darrel in the men's department was his salesman. He helped him pick out the perfect suit and offered great suggestions. Thank you, Darrel!

Normally I wouldn't write a review about this specific store as I have had nothing but problems in the past. That all changed today! My domestic partner and I was greeted by Savion, a Sales representative of Dillard's in the women's section. She approached us engaging according to Dillard's Standard Operating Procedures. This brought a smile to my face. Though working 8 years at Dillard's, Savoin made me feel like I went back through time to an Era where Dillard's showed why they were competitors to Bloomingdale. Her engaging personality, questions and knowledge of my partner's dress size and style made me want to spend my money here. I wish every sales associate understood Dillard's SOP and style of selling. I will definitely ask for Savoin whenever I shop Dillard's in College Station, Texas. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU SHOULD ALSO. Thank you Savoin for everything and bringing back hope to me that the true Dillard's still exist.
Great clothing choices for professionals. Support staff is a little too pushy. I hate to be rushed when looking for clothes.
How wonderful to be back at the mall shopping and seeing everyone's faces! First visit to Dillards and we loved how kind and friendly everyone at the cosmetics/perfume counters were today. We'll see you again!
They no longer have pants for my husband. Ordering is good but needed that day. Had to make an extra trip to find a pair. Looking for 64inches.
It had two stores-women's and men's with home. They were running lots of sales as well.
The shopping experience was very impressive. The clothing selection and prices on name brands were unbelievable. The sales associates were very professional.
