Orange County Museum of Art

This is a small free art museum. The parking is 1.75 per 15 minutes or 7$ an hour. The architecture is beautiful, and the exhibits change. There is a cafe and bar upstairs with indoor and outdoor seating. There is nothing for smaller children to engage with. I would not recommend this for people with energetic kiddos. I took my 8 &15 year old. It took them about an hour to look around. We went up to try the Cafe but didn't get a chance as we had to evacuate due to a fire alarm.

Visited this small but nice museum in LA. Can't compared with Getty but it's quite good as well. Lots of visitors when I was there but not too bad, not crowded. Admission is free and you do need to check-in. Depending on people, you can spend 2 hours or even a whole day there easily. Collections are interesting though I wish they could have more. Still it's a nice contemporary museum, worth to pay a visit.

Came on a random day and couldn't see the whole museum because there was a wedding there apparently, I wish the museum had put up a notice or something so we wouldn't have to waste our time :/ Installations were great. There was a small cute little gift shop as well. Parking is 1.50 every hour so I think that's how they make their money.

Nice clean looking, well-lit museum. Wide open space with some art display that changes every few weeks. You pay a fee and get a badge at the counter before going. Selfie sticks and tripods are not allowed inside tho. There's a bar at the top called sweet james bergener bar to chill at and grab some food and drinks. They could be rented out for events i think along with the wide open space pavilion space outside.

Admissions is free and I recommended showing up early since the lines can get long. The art museum is probably one of the best I’ve been to in California. The building was stunning and I loved that you are met with a everyone is welcome here on the door, With this being my first time at a musem, it made me feel at ease. You will have to check in and give your zip code but the process was fast. We couldn't see the entire musem since there was a wedding but the floors we were able to see, we enjoyed.

2nd time here. I first came when they just opened and again today. Beautiful architecture design. Friendly staff. Never felt crowded. There’s 3 different parking structures close by. Medium size museum of contemporary art. Challenging exhibits. Not much in the way of interpretive material. Interesting building. Prices in the Cafe on top floor are excessive.
