PACO is an Organization comprised of Fitness and Nutrition Specialist who are dedicated to the fight of Childhood Obesity using new and innovative methods.
PACO - Parents Against Childhood Obesity is comprised of Personal Trainers, Fitness Specialist and Nutritionist that are dedicated to implementing a positive and creative atmosphere for youth and adolescents to learn about the importance of developing a healthy diet and increase their energy expenditures; improving cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength, and endurance. P.A.C.O. assist children in developing healthy choices for early lifelong habits. P.A.C.O. believes active children are more likely to become fit adults. Children that participant in PACO develop incredible self-esteem and confidence. Never using "scared tactics", P.A.C.O. uses a positive and fun approach to nutrition and fitness education. P.A.C.O. children learn about foods and fitness that will make them feel better , stronger, and smarter. P.A.C.O realizes that even young children are able to learn sophisticated nutritional concepts that proves that eating healthy and being physically active can be fun and exciting.
