Park Place Condos

So glad that I lucked up on this place. It was such an amazing stay. Fully equipped kitchen, living area...2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Balcony with a river view. Staff was absolutely amazing...very helpful. This was my first stay but most definitely will not be my last. Honestly did not want to leave...I have already recommended to several people. Well worth the money spent.

This place has a special place in my heart forever! And I hope to stay again soon in the future! My family and I visited for spring break. A total of 10 people & we slept comfortably in the 3 bedroom unit. A full kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to cook with utensil and pan wise. A laundry room. 3 full bathrooms and an upstairs & downstairs. It felt so homey and cozy I didn't want to leave. Haha. It is close to everything in Gatlinburg. The sound of the river rushing when you sat on the balcony was like heaven on earth. So much happiness was made here! Thank you so much!

Found this place with a last-minute trip our usual places to stay were all booked. It's quiet, affordable, clean and spacious! It's near the park entrance which was great for us since we spend our daylight hours out in the park, and it's a little more than a block from the parkway so you can walk to dinner, etc. in the evenings. We had two minor issues that resulted in 4/5 stars, and I expect they would have been handled had we had the opportunity to notify the front desk we were out for the day before they opened each day and not back before they closed. We will definitely be back!

This was an absolutely perfect location, we had a balcony over the river and the view and sound was wonderful. For reference we stayed in 407 which was a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom! Plenty of space! The staff on check in and check out were extremely nice! We do have a couple suggestions but still giving 5 stars because it was a wonderful stay! Pans were very dated and could use an upgrade, food stuck even with oul so they were a pain to clean ,also kitchen table chairs were rocky, will need replacing to avoid somebody falling. But overall we loved our stay!

Best place we’ve stayed yet! The sweetest staff and very spacious nice rooms exactly as described on site! I always love the sound of stream from balcony too! Location is excellent it is right near entrance to Smokey mountains and downtown walk away or get on trolley which is also literally very short walk. The condos are equipped with everything you need for your stay. I definitely will be staying again! We just missed seeing a bear there the day before!

Great location! Very clean condo! Bed was very comfortable. Nice and quiet area. We love the river that flows right under our balcony. You can park your vehicle there and walk to everything in Gatlinburg. This was our third stay here and we'll be back for New Year's Eve.

We stayed in unit 105. The unit was beautifully decorated. Furniture was very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped for our stay. Unit was extremely clean and we loved the vinyl hardwood flooring! Location is Great! A short walk to main strip! From the balcony we could see and hear the creek and river! An outstanding place to stay. This was our second time staying within a year! We will definitely be back!

We stayed in #107. Location was great, about a block off the strip, which is why we picked it. Also, right across from the elevator which was really convenient. Condo was clean. Furnishings are a bit outdated but that doesn't really bother me. However, the couch should be replaced because it is broken down and the mattresses should be updated because they are way beyond firm.

Location is great, at the end of the parkway, close enough to walk, to everything on the Parkway. The unit we stayed was clean and well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal, plenty of towels, ect for our party. Beautiful view of the Little Pigeon river from our balcony. Close to the strip, but far enough away to hear the frogs croaking at night. We will definitely be returning.

We have been using Park Place condos for many years. It Started 28 years ago March of '95 Honeymoon. We have never had a bad experience, rooms always clean, view of river is great, and staff is great. Best part you are able to park car on arrival and never have to move until departure. Access to National Park trails and water fall within a short, beautiful stroll. Access to all of Gatlinburg is an easy walk. Escape the traffic if so desired by entering via the Gatlinburg bypass. The Gatlinburg trail is literally next to Park Place. We often have a picnic or snack at the bench on the river. It is a peaceful relaxing walk. We have seen an abundance of wildlife including Bears which our kids loved. I highly recommend Park Place Condos to anyone wanting to visit Gatlinburg.
