Nick and I come from different backgrounds. He is decorated with medals, awards, certifications, and recognitions that range from his childhood days with soccer and wrestling to more recently becoming a two-time All-American in wrestling, and Professional Mixed Martial Arts Fighter. He also wrestled for the U.S. Navy as well as trained under Olympic coaches and professional athletes. You can say his athleticism comes naturally. Me, not so much. Sure, I had interests, but a team sport was not really one of them. Stick us together and we see both sides of the spectrum where fitness is concerned.
We saw a need for a gym that could truly cater to all walks of life, any age or fitness level, on a more intimate scale than a traditional health club. We would commit to being a result-oriented gym. We believe that most gyms set you up to fail because you are surrounded by hundreds of machines, weights, and exercise equipment, but you have no one to navigate you through the process of how to get from point A to B with your goals. You will find that we go out of our way to make you feel like a part of our family; you are not just a number. Because after all, at the end of the day, if we help you to attain your weight loss or fitness goals, not only does it make you feel and look good, it makes us feel good too.
