My stay at Pecan Property was very pleasant. I rented a small cabin. My cabin was brand new, nice and clean. I worked a turn around there in Sweenty Tx. I was only 10 mins away from the plant. I worked nights , I had no problem sleeping thru the day ,quite and peaceful. Ms Kay was very nice, respectful. She made sure that I was very comfortable.ty Ms Kay
Not a kid friendly rv park, Owner is rude! The water smells terrible. We had to move, she said her retention pond had water in it. So it wasn't safe for the kids. But yet thier is other kids at the rv park. She said that she had to have a fence around her pond and that it was suppose to be done 4 years ago and still NO FENCE. owner lives on site and watches everything you do. Also the kids planted a garden with other kids at the rv park. She wanted it to be watered and then she didn't. Also told the kids it was her garden like who does that.
Awesome property and great management. Kay was very helpful prior to making a decision where we wanted rent a space for a month or two. Property is going through a few renovations but all in all great place to stay!
Great management and property if your looking for quite, peaceful place for your family. Owner of Pecan Grove Kay was very helpful and I enjoyed my stay. Pricing was very reasonable and would recommend to friends and family.
Love it here. So quite and all the neighbors are friendly.
