I moved to Pecan Grove in Wallisville August of 2022. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to stay here. This place is very peaceful and well maintained with great amenities. My favorite being the pool area. It’s rare to find an amenity like that and pay such reasonable rent. Spacious lots with great parking. The security gate is a huge plus. Ed has done a great job at making this place comfortable enough to call home for my long term stay. Very convenient if you’re just passing through. Check it out!! TS
Best RV park around! Safe and secure! Hated for you safety! Nice cement slabs for your RV and vehicles to park and some grassy area to have fun! The park owner is a pleasure to work with as well. This place is nice for the price!
Very nice park! Owner is wonderful, very responsive. We love the pond and the pool. It’s a very quiet park and owner lives onsite, making it convenient if you need anything. Excellent laundry house as well. Would stay here again!
No internet whole stay. Pool was very nasty with merky water. Me my husband and 3 kids stayed a whole month. When you call or text owner he will only reply when it's about him getting money for payment or negative replies. Never replies via text message when you need something. Hardly ever seen owner. He sent our mail back 2 days after we left even though he KNEW we came in with several others that he could have given it to. He could have simply done the right thing and sent us a text message letting us know , he knew we had moved right up the road to a new rv park but instead was a douche and sent it all back. We pay $375 a month rent with $150 electric deposit. $40 per gate key. Our eletric bill for our 39ft toy hauler was $342 which Is just as much as rent. RIDICULOUS! They don't mow the grass very often and the mosquitoes and red ants that bite and hurt are HORRID here. I wish we got to try the park when his wife was still around. Hopefully he can make some improvements to the park we won't be back.
We stayed at this place for 8 months! It was wonderful for the first 7, then the owner starts going around and telling EVERYBODY his wife will not be here anymore she cheated on him and so on....then everything went to hell, they will cheat you on the electricthey are the highest anywhere will not spray for ants or mosquitos, the last 3 weeks have been insane! Wish they would of kept there personal life out of the r.v. side!
We loved our stay here. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Location can't be beat and we enjoyed many walks on the river, as well as walks to get ice cream, cider, tex mex, you name it. Laundry facility worked great. Wi fi was too slow for zoom calls. Wish we could have stayed longer and plan to come back.
I stayed here for a couple of months while I worked in the East Houston area. Its a very peaceful RV park with owners that work hard on maintenance and improving the property. There is a large pond in the back that is said to be full of fish although I didn't have time to get back there to try. The RV spots are concreted with large grass areas in between. I really enjoyed my short stay at this calm and quiet location not far off I-10.
You can't do better than this RV park in Austin! Incredible that it even exists! LOCATION: Walking distance from 6th street, the capitol, zilker park, Congress bridge, and more! Plenty of food trucks, juice bars, restaurants and bars next door to the rv park! WIFI: Non-existent. Just be prepared for that SERVICE/AMENITIES: The RV park is HUGE!!! It was full when we arrived so we were put into the overflow area of an adjacent parking lot. Water hook up, no sewer or electricity at a reduced price.. they let us borrow a generator and emptied our tanks upon request. They also cleaned our RV upon request. Very responsive and attentive service!!! The actual park is quite crowded with RVs almost on top of each other... but the vibe of the area makes up for that. Very friendly and festival like. Coin operated washers and dryers on site. We will def return here as often as possible!! Best in city RV park we have been to so far!
Best RV park I have ever been in. I highly recommend you check them out. Great amenities! Great fishing and in ground pool for the kids and adults love it too
Great place to stay. Very quiet. The best part are the owners very good people.
