Pecan Grove RV Resort

I moved into one of their rentals on June 9, 2023. I've been dealing with one of the air conditioners not working. They WILL NOT give a refund if I move out, just credit if I decide to stay again. I'm only here waiting out my time paid for. Not worth $850 monthly for the inconvenience. In the evenings it's usually 95°-99° in this Flagstaff travel trailer. I would rate NEGATIVE.

I must recant my previous review and offer an apology to PECAN GROVE RV RESORT, I’m sorry New management are great. They have been working on the park and roads and the office is now opened . They even have rv’s to rent now. Great weekly rates too.

David Jr. was pleasant when I bought my RV and moved in 7 months ago. Since he quit, I went without water for 2 months and then wanted to trade for a smaller one and David Sr. Is a lying snake. He will smile at you while he is screwing you over in the deal. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DAVID BRODSKY SR.

I contacted them over the phone because we were 3 hrs away. I was looking for a trailer for 1 month for my God Children. The girl who answered the phone contacted the "owners" to see if we could do this over the phone. She got their permission and took my credit card info. When my God daughter arrived and looked at the RV is was dirty and roach infested. The card had already been charged and the girl at the front desk assured me that it would be refunded on Monday. She told me that she had called the "owners" and they would be back on Monday to do the credit. No services were rendered. When I received my statement there was no credit so I called and again the girl answering the phone called the owners, who told her that the credit was done, so I waited for the next statement. Now there is no credit and when I called the girl called the "owners" who tell her that they don't give refunds, and that we will have a credit with them? I will post pictures later of the roach infested rv's.

Place was nasty, water bugs, baby cockroaches and the place smelled but didn’t know, they cleaned it but it was still disgusting I spent a day using sanitary disinfecting wipes and it still stunk and was dirty! I paid $400 for 2 weeks and decided to just leave because it’s a complete dive unless you don’t care but would not recommend

It's been great for me cuz I mind my own business and everybody's pretty quiet and in bed by 8 nice and on the weekends I'm basically the only one there everybody goes home to see their familys and for those who live there not very many couples live out their but it's nice and quiet and all the staff that work there keep up with the place so it stays in good shape

my stay here was great!!! Very clean up kept place to stay.... I was very satisfied while staying here and would return if needed to!!!

Low prices, will match competitors, clean RV's, decent staff.
