The service was face and not expense. The Owner even carried it out to my car. All the employees were friendly and polite. I’m definitely back when I have another party.
I love this location! The cashier was very kind give her a raise!

I love Philly Pretzel Factory. But the reason why I'm rating this place a 1 star. It's because every time I come here, they're not open. They always closed when I want to come here to buy some pretzels. At least stay open longer next time so you'll get a better rating.
They were kind , courteous and quick delivery
Tried to be prepared for a party and order a small party tray ahead of time online. We arrived at the pick up time but when we received the pretzels they were already getting stale, and they weren't even warm. When we first got the location, we spotted our order behind the counter, with the lid open under a heat lamp that was turned off. Our extra sauses were not ready either. In comparison, another order sat next to ours with the lamp on, lid closed, and dips at the ready.
So hopefully all of those who bought pretzels for the Super Bowl didn't end up with hockey pucks like I did! I bought a "grab n go" pack first thing in the morning. By 3pm they were hard as a rock! It gets better...so I called the store to discuss my issue and the answer I got was " So what do you want me to do about it?!" Great customer service! NOT!! I have frequented many locations over the years, and this was by far the worst experience yet.
It's okay here but not one of the better stores. We won't be buying any more of the dips here either. We've gotten the brownie batter dip elsewhere before so we know what it should taste like. We bought it at this store today 2/2 and it was all crystallized. I thought it was strange and then accidentally turned over the container to find out that it was made 12/26. I think we now know why it wasn't that good.... now I'm wondering what's in it and if the shelf life is really that long.
I was just there Nov 5 2020 and they are under new management! Friendly prompt service - Hot fresh pretzels - place is clean. Will definitely go back.
BUYERS BEWARE!!! I ordered and paid for a full rivets tray, but instead received a tray that looks like it was partially eaten. When I called, the worker attempted to justify, but not willing to compensate with offering additional rivets. This is the last time I will ever do business with your store again!! If I could give negative 5 stars I would!!! Complete Rip off!!!!!
