I volunteer at a nearby food share pantry, I contacted Chris the manager of pretzel factory for support in helping feed the community with a treat, we feed hundreds of people in the community and what a nice and awesome treat it would be to give a pretzel to our patrons of the food pantry, Chris lovingly will donate 50 pretzels to our cause this Saturday 7/10/21, we at the food pantry is great full and a big SHOUT OUT to Chris the manager
I was so pleased to find you open on my way from work. I had a serious craving for pretzels my sister and I. Love them wish you were closer. Thank you. Tried the pizza pretzel too.
We had "MOVIE NIGHT" at our church on Tuesday. Place my order on Monday afternoon, was told order would be ready at the time requested. The order was made to my specific request, everything "hot and fresh". The Pastor and members were very happy and satisfied. 5 STARS to the owner and staff. Thank you for making our "MOVIE NIGHT" grub pleasant success.
They were very professional There was a steady stream of customers coming an going I had to wait 20 minutes For fresh hot pretzels To be done But they were truly Worth the wait.
I went into this store today for the first time with my husband and two small children. The cashier with the braids was very ignorant. She asked me how many pretzels I wanted and I said, I’m not sure I can’t see the prices...She responded to her co-worker and said .... can you fix the sign so she can see I don’t have time for this .... I quote! Very Rude ! I won’t be going back to that location!!!!
I love Philly pretzels, me and my niece always get 2 dozens, I put some in the freezer for another day and they're just as fresh as the day I bought them....
This establishment has a great manager-Chris which is helping my school raise funds for trips. Thank you so much. They are very prompt with deliveries. Come see them for all your PRETZEL NEEDS
It's a great place where the entire family can enjoy Philly style pretzels.
The workers at this location are very rude and never have your orders correct. As a paying customer I should not have workers being disrespectful. Very unprofessional and I will return here again. The manager needs to have a talk with their workers on being professional. Every time I come my order is never done and I call hours ahead and they they get mad like itself my fault.
Loving those Pizza pretzels with sauce on the side! Nothing beats a Philly Pretzel any time of the day!! Looking straight at one on N. Broad St. Right after leaving the Dentist I'll take some home!!
