My father attends this hospital to see Dr. Solarz, Dr. Maitin and Dr. Habibi. Its been over 10 visits so far. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but the staff and medical team are kind and informal. Only had one issue with the check out lady and her attitude to re-scheduling an appointment but overall everyone else has been kind.
This place is awful the orthopedic barely check you he's rude he don't really care about you being hurt all he wants to schedule his appointment why would you send for me to come back if you think I'm so called okay save yourself the time and go to a Orthopedics that really wants to help
It is a complete mess in their offices. Their receptionists are poorly trained and nothing gets completed. I asked for a new referral for my mother a week prior to her PT and it never got taken care of. I call snapping out asking why it never got taken care of. I will be filing a complaint with the director. No accountability whatsoever.
Absolutely terrible service. You never actually see or talk to your doctor. I’ve been bounced around by a different person every time I come in and no one is caught up on the problem or ever ends up helping the issues. They don’t treat you like people. Medical issues aren’t addressed properly, or at all; most of the time and appointments are almost impossible to get. I’ve come to them with two threatening situations that were completely ignored and disregarded and without any humility or advice. So sad that this is what medicine has come to
I wish I could give zero stars, this place is so awful. You have to wait 45-60 minutes after your schedule appointment to see a doctor. That’s not even the worst part, my mother could barely walk due to serve arthritis pain in the knees. So we had to want an additional 20 minutes for someone to bring a wheelchair down. They never came so we had to limp to the elevators. When we get to Ortho we didn’t get called back until 45 minutes after my moms schedule appointment. We couldn’t even get seen, since so much time had passed and we had a timed ride coming. The receptionists at this place are so unprofessional and immature. Never again will I return to this place.
The physician was kind and professional. But some of their receptionists could use more trainings. When I called to schedule a follow-up with the same physician, they scheduled me to a different location without checking with me. After I found out, I called them to try to reschedule. But they could only offer me a spot for one month later. It sounds to me like the receptionist doesn't really care and it was none of her business. Something feels like: here is the offer, take it or get lost...
Dr. Theresa Pazionis is an excellent Sport Orthopedics Surgeon! Excellent bedside manner. She takes her time to explain the pros and cons from the beginning of your treatment through surgery, physical therapy and follow-up visits. Will answer any questions with patience and understanding. I would highly recommend Dr. Pazionis for any Orthopedics needs!
I decided to call another orthopedic while on the phone because of the rude treatment I received from Nahjay. She cut me off before I could even tell her what I needed to see a doctor for and then said "well you didn't say that!" Very unprofessionally! Maybe you should listen to the patient instead of trying to rush them off the phone! I will drive a further distance to be treated with respect!
I spent a year going for test after test. I couldn’t move my arm and was in pain beyond belief. I never once asked for pain meds, but that’s exactly how I was treated. All the Dr. wanted to do was give me shots of cortisone. I finally had to go for a second opinion and found a doctor who took care of the problem. If you don’t feel like a doctor is listening to you please go some where else. And lastly, check the doctors reviews. Not ever patient is lying.
TERRIBLE STAFF JUST TERRIBLE !!! And Very prejudiced if I didn’t see it for myself I wouldn’t have believed it VAUGHN! How you sleep at night I have no idea and this company should not allow this type of behavior at your office
