Karen was wonderful on the phone making my appointment and super friendly when I arrived. First impressions matter!! Dr. Vagnetti was professional, informative, warm, and I felt very comfortable. His assistant that gave me an x-ray was very nice, although I only had a short period of time with her. I would highly recommend Piedmont Endodontics.

Welcoming office, friendly staff. The dr. walked me and my 11 yr old son through his entire process of his root canal while working, which cut down on anxiety for us both. I would definitely recommend him and will return if more work like this is needed for any of my family.

Just had an appointment with Dr. Vagnetti, for a root canal. Though one of the most unpleasant procedures to have, he and his team's professionalism quelled all of my fears, and made it a very painless procedure. I cannot stand dental needles to the point where I have considered sedation dentistry, but for the first time in my life, I received one without pain! That in itself is enough for a 5-star rating, but he was also extremely informative, knowledgeable and great communicator. I knew what was happening every step of the way. I would highly recommend and encourage anyone to see Dr. Vagnetti and Piedmont Endodontics.

Amazing. Managed to fit me in last minute, wonderful staff. Very engaging and upfront about everything that was going on. So pleased would highly recommend if you need a root canal or any other work done.

A disaster, I called to request an appointment and they did not want to give it to me, because they wanted to know who was sending me, then I told them the exact part that I needed for the root canal treatment and they told me a price of up to 3 thousand dollars, then I made them call another person and they told him something different, clearly the person's health is the last thing they care about, they only care about knowing who sends you to pay commissions
