I’ve had 3 visits so far, and a very positive experience each time. I had not been to any dentist for 28 years due to anxiety and phobia. Everyone was very patient with me, took time to explain things, and never made me feel bad for not having been to a dentist in so long. I really appreciate the kindness and understanding from all the staff.
Absolutely amazing staff. I love the honesty & professionalism of the dentist and X-ray technician. Carrie is one of the sweetest employees I’ve seen in a long time and goes way out of her way to help. One in a million!!!
I look forward to coming every 4 months to get a cleaning by Chris Chris does a wonderful job. Chris takes her time talks with me any concerns I have she finds answers to them. She treats me as if I am a family member of hers. And she's been like that ever since my first cleaning.
Today's visit at Piedmont Reginal Dental was pleasant. The Denist and Assistant were informative and Efficient *The Dentist ,Hygienist and Office Staff are Kind and Light Spirited. I highly recommend . Thank you for taking care of me and explaining in detail expected effects before during procedures and after care. Peace and Blessings
Great service and friendly, very knowledgeable people make coming here very comfortable. They really care about their patients in every area from reception to check out. I recommend them to anyone needing dental services.
Would give a 0 if I could. Worst experience with the front office staff. If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice it’s counted against you and they will drop you as a client but yet they can’t keep staff for both doctors and hygienists, I came in with a plan of care from one doctor not numbed up with needles and all just to then get an x ray again to be told by a different doctor that I didn’t need anything done. I tried scheduling a routine cleaning, scheduled it then was called and was told no it had to be deep cleaning and was pushed out, then for them to call me to reschedule due to their staffing but warned me about how they will drop me if I don’t make it because I have canceled in the past 4 other times due to Illness of me or one of my kids. I then called back to schedule that new appointment and they tell me that now it is no longer the deep cleaning they set me for that I didn’t want to begin with but now it was an annual Visit and I have to start all over with a new doctor and x-rays. Well turns out my family had caught FLU B and the First Lady I talked to was super nice but then some rude woman came on and again they were telling me how I can be dropped as a client etc. I was fed up. I don’t appreciate being told the way I was every time I talked to the office how I can be dropped etc. I called with 24-36 hours in advance anytime I had to cancel. Apparently their policy is 48 hours or it counts as a no show. Worst experience. I am being seen elsewhere now that does not treat their clients like this
The doctors, the nurses and all the workers are very professional. Everyone is friendly and hard working. Job well done. Keep it up. Congratulations.
My daughter is a patient at Piedmont Dental and she loves going there. They provide the best of care and ensure you are comfortable during procedures. Very accommodating when setting up appointments. What makes this a special place are the employees, very friendly, beautiful inside and out, they are like family.
I went for a cleaning and and the place was clean the people were nice you left with a dental plan moving forward knowing what to expect. Help me find a recommendation for work that they didn't offer. My Hygienist was amazing she made my teeth feel so good I think her name was Chris good conversation and gave me a lot of tips and tricks.. Definitely scheduled return appointments for cleaning and Other work as well.
Wait times are minimal, staff is friendly & courteous. Myself and my family have been coming for years & will continue to do so. Excellent care & service.
