I had a really great visit this afternoon. There is a lot more to see than one might think when approaching from the outside. The house is beautiful and well-maintained. The other displays are interesting and very localized exhibits. My favorite part was the entire Rattlesnake Roundup.
My family, friends and myself LOVE the Pioneer Museum brought my Neices & there was a scavenger hunt so so so much fun.
Didn't get to visit it's closed on Mondays, but did get hours of operation
Lots of interesting things to look at, tons of history in there, Lesley does a great job giving tours and informing about all of the history there regarding the home, the family and the town. Also, everyone going bananas over the post from a former employee, listen up. It was months ago and she is now a FORMER employee. Don't take it out on the staff there now. She is a truly wonderful human being that is deeply kind and caring.
Very interesting and wide variety of items, clothing, household goods, kitchen, farming, rodeo, WWII, medical and SNAKES RoundupVisited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entryFree
This is such a wonderful quaint small town museum! Leslie was out tour guide and it was clear she loves her hometown and knows its history. It's free though accepts donations.
Well obviously the people that work there are low class... and I’m sure the pioneer museum could care less... don’t waste your time
Do NOT come here. Melonnie is a raging lunitic.
Very interesting with lots of history and things to see. Staff was wonderful. Very informative.
My husband & I went out of our way to visit this museum today, only to find out it isn't open on Mondays!
