Grass is always green and cared for by Kathy. You will always see her riding around on her tractor. This is not a run down trailer park. I love it here.
Very nice quiet place. Dog friendly There is a community center or room whatever you want to call it where you can gather and talk to your neighbors so far so good neat place
When I moved here I was in a lot of pain due to a bad divorce. These people have been so nice and helped me out of it. When I got here last spring the beautiful pecan trees were so nice. Grass is always green and cared for by Kathy. You will always see her riding around on her tractor. This is not a run down trailer park. I love it here.
After putting down a $200 deposit I had an experience here that was so out of line and rude that I decided not to move here and didn't even bother asking for my deposit back. Nobody deserves to be treated like that.
For mid class people, you won't want to stay here. The bathrooms are pretty nasty and it was not what we expected cause the website makes it look beautiful, but really it's a trailer park. Which is fine, but it's not your usual beautiful rv park. The lady was nice, but this place has broken down trailers everywhere
I want to thank Diane for making room for me on such short notice and with a full RV Park. I had driven a long way and my diabetes required me to get some rest and some home cooked food. It was easy to find, close to Elgin, and all the stores you would find in a big city. It was very quiet and even with my 40 foot trailer, it was a breeze to park and pull out. I had no problems hooking up for 50 amp service and clean water. The sewer connection was close at hand and the neighbors were more than ready to lend a hand. There are washer and dryer facilities and the only reason I did not give it five stars is because of the lack of internet service. Call ahead. It seems that it is booked a great deal of the time and it gets worse around the time when the Sherwood Forest Faire is in full swing Feb- March. Tell Diane I sent you!!!!
Such a quiet and clean resort. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Thank you everyone for the hospitality .
