Pleasant Valley Resort is a large 319 site RV resort located just 5 miles west of McAllen, Texas. All sites are 30' by 60' or longer with concrete slabs up to 1,200 sq. ft. All vehicle sizes and park models are welcome.
All sites are full hook ups, serviced by new 30 and 50 amp electric service, provide water and sewer service by MUD. Our streets are wide with curbs and gutters. There are more than 300 neatly trimmed palm trees lining the streets.
With a 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, kitchen, library 24 hour laundry, pool, spa, shuffleboard & petanque courts, dances, lessons, bingo, meals, socials and so much more. Every day will be a new adventure!
