Average food for selection & taste. Open seating is nice to enjoy the beach pier atmosphere. Service was poor due to a missed order with no apology & snippy staff.Food: 3/5
Giant fish market. Buy your fish, lobster, crab, sea urchin, etc and it can be cooked for you. Also have alcohol for sale. Atmosphere is great. I purchased a platter of shrimp and fish. It was fresh and good but not amazing!Food: 4/5
The food was good! The fried shrimp were tasty, the clam chowder bowl was huge and tasted really good, and the onion rings were well made! Some other reviews of this place said it was slow but we got our food pretty fast and the service was good! We were there on a Saturday night and it was really busy but we only waited maybe 10 minutes. Overall a really good place to eat and visit! Head across the street for a tasty churro too!
I've been coming to Redondo beach pier for 25 years. I never ate here. But today i did and i I'm still barfing and i my stomach is super upset. I ordered the shrimp boil and i think it was the sausage . They taste old. Then i thought to my self this is why i never ate here because this place looked liked the place that the food would not taste right. I'm never eating seafood or pork again. I feel so sick. I wish i can go back and just walked away. Hold on i got to .....
Sure it is a more basic place but if you can look past that they got some great tasting food. It is nice for people watching and you can hear the live music from right across. I had the Cajun Shrimp plate. It is very well seasoned, perfectly cooked and plenty of food. It comes with tasty garlic bread and the large tap beer was the Biggest I have ever received. Literally filled to the brim! I already drank some in the picture. Left very happy
This was a waste of money. Ordered the chicken sandwich, hotdog, and nachos. Took 30 minutes, and the image is the chicken patty. Dry and flavorless could bang it on the table and it wouldn’t move. Fries were mediocre and cold, nachos took that long only to have cold cheese and the hotdog was just decent. Don’t recommend this place
Good burgers and very cheap! We paid $12 for a cheeseburger, fries and soda and couldn't finish it all.Food: 5/5
Good food. The older Korean lady was super rude and very disrespectful with the way she handled our order. Very overpriced for what it is. I'll never eat there again. All because of that grumpy woman. Cooks cooked the food on point though.Food: 5/5
First off, I order the cajun butter shrimp and they gave me very little shrimp and overloaded onions, I paid $30 for the shrimp not onions. Second off, the order was taking way too long I also asked them where my coke was politely and they legit screamed at me and said wait like there was absolutely no need for them to scream they could've simply said please wait. Not to mention the food was very salty and not filling at all since the portions are just too small. I don't recommend this place at all do not go.
Kids enjoyed the burger and nugget meals. The clam chowder was good inside the bread bowl. But, when we got the Portside grill shrimp platter, it tasted like Sriracha and the shrimp was mushy. I wouldn't order the Portside grilled shrimp again.
