Never answer the phone. Does not return messages. Does not communicate with the patients at all. I have to keep calling the Lyndhurst location just to get the Shaker location schedule. I hate this place. My daughter still does not have her braces and we went to our first appointment in July. Its bout to be October. Someone called the same day I posted this post. And assured me that the office would be in contact with me within 24 hours. They lied. Its a week later and still nobody called me. Im bout to take my daughter somewhere else. These MFs dont care. And then they replied to our reviews like the gone do something to fix it. No one concerns has been or will be fixed. Im gone to help this place get shut down immediately

I took my niece for pictures and X-rays at 2 different locations……. Richmond and Shaker. They never called. Each time I called they said they couldn’t find the pictures and wanted her to come a third time to take pictures and X-rays. They are very unprofessional and apparently unorganized. I am very disappointed especially since my dentist recommended them.

My experience in this office has been perfect. the workers are very friendly, the front office secretary is very good. I've been going there for years and would definitely do it again if necessary. the doctor is very good and specific. Of course 5 stars.

Though my experience I’ve been very unhappy with my office visits, I feel the staff is very unprofessional and did not care about me as a patient. The shaker Heights location is very unsanitary and needs excessive care. I was surprised and very disappointed visiting for the first time seeing the conditions of the building knowing that I’m paying for such poor and low service. I would never recommend a friend nor stranger to the Shaker Heights location. I felt I needed to seek care elsewhere as soon as I possibly could. I was not receiving the care I needed by the doctor nor his staff and know if I finished out my treatment at the Shaker location I would have been extremely unhappy and unfortunate with my results.

My daughter went in for her first appointments in March 2021! It’s now June and we still have not heard anything. No one will answer our voice mails or the phone when we call. This place is unorganized.

The new receptionist in this office is horrible. Every since they changed owners everything has been different. You can never get through on the phone, they never return messages. Because of that I made sure I made the next appointment before leaving, she never even looked up, just continued to pretend to be on the phone, i stood at that desk at least 15min before she ever look up, totally unpleasant and unprofessional. She didn’t even have the decency to say “bye, have a nice day”. Two of my sons brackets fell off 30mins after leaving the office. If they weren’t paid for in full already I would definitely go somewhere else. Stay away from here.

I don't exactly know what happened in the past year but It was definitely for the worse. I think there has been a change in management or ownership. Because I never had to go through this in the past. 1. No one answers the phone. My daughter had an appointment at 5:15pm and I wanted to confirm and see if my son could be seen also...I called from 2:30pm until 4:15pm and got absolutely no one. So I just said Forget it...then when I arrived I noticed the new receptionist.... and then I realized things had began to change...the orthodontist a gentleman who I found to be exceptionally "rude" and the dental hygentist she atleast attempted to be courteous. I want to change doctors and I think I will....because this is really unprofessional and ridiculous... what happened to old staff???#mom of kids with braces :

I've been trying to get in contact with the person who called me about getting braces a few months ago and to see about any possible payment arrangements. Each time I've called, the phone would ring up to four times before it goes to the answering machine. I also wanted ask about a gift certificate I received in the mail.

I’m really happy with the progress of my teeth. The dentist and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable…. I know because I’m a dental assistant but I never told them that, and they are still awesome here at this location…. Check them out you won’t be disappointed….

I love it here every appointment I’m in and out within 20 mins, the staff is very friendly the students even do a great job!
