I am completely satisfied with all visits to the office of Dr. Stiggers! Yolonda is very welcoming, cordial and professional. I appreciate the phone reminders from her as well. Dr. Stiggers genuinely cares about my comfort and well being not only while in his chair but days after my visit. Truly pain free, immediate relief and pleasant dental experience.
Ooommmmgggggg where do I start. I am extremely dissatisfied by the receptionist Yolanda Stiggers. She is extremely unprofessional, unfriendly, poor customer services and inHuman. For starters I was referred to Dr. Donald by a well known seasoned dentist in the nearby neighborhood FOR A ROOT CANAL AND ABSCESS. I have been seeing the referring dentist for years and trust him with every tooth pain or ache so his referral to Dr. DONALD was very important to me because I suffer from anxiety when it comes to the dentist. My referring doctor did the foot work and scheduled my first visit with Donald which was great, he pin pointed my issue he was well educated and friendly. NO ANIXETY AT ALL. I was comfortable and that was important to me! But babeeee does things change IT WAS A YEAR AGO I was seen at Dr. DONALD office and was told that a root canal should be done soon... ASAP due to my extreme pain, discomfort and the health risks of the abscess. HOWWWEEEVVVERRRR YOLANDA REFUSED to bill my insurance for the COVERED procedure because she stated "the insurance company does not pay what they would like to receive for the procedure". I couldn't afford to pay the thousands that were required. I waited for open enrollment and received ADDITIONAL dental coverage and still NOTHING FROM YOLANDA just "I will call you right back" "You don't have to call me back.. imma call you" Waiting in more and more pain........ no regard to the public she decided to serve. So I shopped around for another dentist option during this process I requested x-rays from Yolanda via email and she would promise to send my records but didn't. She would answer the phone and promise to call back and don't. I would call this office and leave voicemails for days and NOTHING. She is just mean. I have cried on the phone to this lady in extreme pain and fear that the abscess would cause more health issues for me. I am constantly taking Tylenol to cope with the pain, and this to is concerning for me. It is impossible to Just to get an appointment if Yolanda dont WANT TO. She has no sympathy or passion that is required for the health field. She serves a huge disadvantage for Dr. DONALD office because she smeers his reputation of being this trusting educated and reliable Dentists. I stayed persistent due to the great services I desperately need from the doctor. I tried to just accept Yolanda actions because I had bigger issue to resolve and that was to see the doctor.
Dr. Stiggers is Amazing! I had a root canal and a wisdom tooth pulled and felt Nothing! He pays attention to detail and even makes sure your lips are moisturized! He had my work done so fast and I had no idea I was done. Never even felt the pinch of the lidocaine. If you are a person who is nervous at the dentist, I'd highly recommend this office to Anyone! Everything is done so smooth! He'll be my dentist Forever!
Dr. Stiggers is all around amazing! He’s very knowledgeable about his craft. The vibe in his office is extremely welcoming and comforting especially for someone that is sometimes afraid to go to the dentist lol. Good music playing is always a soother. He gets me in whenever I have a concern or issue! Always on time and I never have to wait when I show up for my appointment!

Horrible dentist! Been going to him for years. All of a sudden his wife or mom takes dictatorship of his office. They wanted us to pay $1,000 OOP for something covered through our insurance! I called the insurance company and they said it was covered! DR STIGGERS just didn't want to bill it and wanted to rip us off. I will never drive to see him again. He quite frankly shouldn't have his license and shouldn't treat people like this. Esp Yolanda! She is the voice of him. Very disrespectful and mean. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
He was able to get me in immediately on a root canal same day within the hour. He was very professional and the procedure was not painful at all. I would definitely recommend Mr. Stiggers and I will most definitely be returning for future services.
While he is a skilled professional,Dr Stiggers has a caring manner and sense of humor that makes you feel comfortable and at ease.He can tell you almost to the minute how long a procedure will take! Also of value is his proficiency in dealing with Insurance professionals.My Dentist for life!
