Today I saw Antionette & Dr. B these ladies are very professional & caring. Antionette made sure that I was satisfied with my service before I left. I definitely appreciate the whole team & I’ll be back soon
My daughters visit was great the staff was so professional and polite the dr was great and really explained every detail of her plan we will be back soon
Was amazing at first but they started to get very lazy toward the end of my treatment and wasn’t helpful as my teeth started shifting back crooked and they gave up and suggested I find another orthodontist where I live because of the distance . Left me with a bracket missing and now I’m just gonna get them taken off and do Invisalign for the rest of the time being . Thanks
No offense against anyone but it seems a bit lighter in atmosphere, employees seem happier, I'm glad the older lady wasn't at the front desk, she gets a little snarky for no reason so upon arrival she changes your mood, and I love the new Dr. She has an amazing chair side manner, I felt like she cared, about getting me back on track and out of these braces, so I guess I should say Thanks. I had a negative experience with the dentist when my son had his braces installed. I notified management and the issue was dealt with immediately. One of the managers called me personally and apologized and listened to my concerns. She treated me with respect and showed genuine empathy and concern.
Take your money elsewhere and do not listen to any of the good reviews. I called corporate and they told me those are paid reviews which aren’t real. My family and I started a petition and we need more signatures! My case with them is still pending….I will see to it that justice is served. Let’s band together and get rid of this corrupt business. NO MORE PREMIER SMILES. They might want to do a background check on one of the doctors there again.
Just got my braces Malessa did a great job! Was very pleasant and fast.
