Professional and very helpful team! Our kitchen project looks amazing! From the moment we stepped in the store we were presented with options. The staff listened to what we wanted and provided very helpful expert advice. Everything moved like clockwork with verbal and emailed details of what would happen next. They even provided recommended contractors that also provided excellent support and assistance to remove a kneewall and the Fabricators for the countertops prep, install, and removal. Everything arrived on time and was completed on time. I cannot thank the staff enough for your support, the quick call backs, and assistance when needed. We are really enjoying our upgraded Kitchen and the new look! Thanks again as this has been an awesome experience with your entire team and Contractors! We will be back if / when I need something else completed.
They have a large selection and are very quick and helpful when they are making the sale. But unfortunately after they make the sale they are not so helpful. Our customer selected and we paid for a stone product that was suppose to take 2 weeks to come in but after 4 weeks still no product and it was very hard to get them on the phone with details on when product will be in. They almost hide from phone calls and give you the run around. Finally after many calls we were told the stone had been shipped to them 6 times and came in broken every time so they recommended we cancel the order and purchase another product. Well we did cancel the order a week ago and still have not received our refund. So after 5 weeks of waiting on my customers product now we have no product or the money to buy another product. By the way this is the 3rd time a situation like this has happened thru ProSource. I’m about done dealing with this company. Quick to make a sale and take your money but slow to deliver with just about no communication in between. And don’t hold your breath on a call back, the manager never calls you back when they say he will. Hopefully others have better luck than me.
As a part time pro in the tile setting trade, I sometimes feel a little shy about my sales numbers. Greg made me feel right at home and without judgement! I had a wonderful experience.with plenty of assistance leading me to what I needed for my client.

They were very helpful and the backsplash selection was insane ! So many choices and they employees are very knowledgeable. the guy I had install my backsplash told me I had high quality backsplash as well ! Will come back in the future for future projects ! Thanks again ProSource
