Pure Barre is a total body workout that lifts your seat, tones your thighs and burns fat in record-breaking time. Utilizing the ballet barre to perform small isometric movements set to fantastic music, Pure Barre is the fastest, most effective, yet safest way to change your body. See results in just 10 classes.

Pure Barre is intelligent exercise. The technique protects your joints as it does not involve any bouncing or jumping. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscle without bulk. The workout launches a full blown attack on the areas of the body all women struggle with: abs, hips, seat and arms. It defies gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up.

The workout requires such focus that you block “life” out for the hour allowing you to obtain the mental benefits achieved in yoga or meditation. A transformed body and a clear head in just one hour- it doesn’t get much better than this.

Pure Barre in Park City is amazing! The instructors are awesome, fun, knowledgable and you ALWAYS get a great workout. This is my favorite work out in PC. There is a wide array of class times and I can always fit one into my schedule. This is a really fun studio and everyone is so friendly and positive!
I hadn’t visited a PureBarre since I got my 100 classes about 8 years ago and never went back—too monotonous! I was visiting the area for a month so thought I would give the concept another try. I can’t believe how expanded the class offerings are now and how challenging the workout is. PB Park City is fantastic. From the front desk staff to the many talented teachers, everyone made me feel welcome immediately. The quality of instruction is top notch. Three weeks in, I already see a difference. Thanks PBPC for everything!
It's not always easy being a newbie AND being outside of your comfort zone.. but these women were amazing! I felt comfortable, supported and celebrated in my first class today. Thank you for such an awesome experience and an amazing atmosphere. I can't wait for my next class!
As a former collegiate/professional athlete, Boston marathon qualifier, and mama of 3 boys under 4yo, I have very high expectations of my workout. Like my life these days, it's gotta be intense, fun, and challenging for my mind as much as my body. That's why I go to Pure Barre Park City and I'm so proud that as of this 6am this morning, I'm a member of The 100 Club! My morning routine is important because it gives me the positive momentum to launch into the rest of my day. PBPC gives me the essential endorphin rush and body push I need to start my day on a high. You can't go wrong with any of PBPC's instructors or classes, although Susanna is my favorite. Their guided words of instruction to help bring the body into anatomically correct position that targets specific muscle groups and motivating energy quickly get me in my zone. And then the rest is up to me! I choose how long to stay or hold on! to the burn and, most of the time with a tenacious mindset, its quite exhilarating. At 5-months postpartum with my 3rd baby, my pelvic floor and core have never been stronger. My lower and upper back are nicely sculpted, my ass and thighs are perfectly tight, and for the first time in my life I have very defined triceps. Lastly, I've suffered residual pain from both ACL and lower back injuries. It's evident now that what I've needed is increased hip, core, and small muscle group strength and BETTER FLEXIBILITY. PBPC gives me all of it. I can do the splits!!! I feel foundational strong and incredibly agile, which is important when chasing around 3 vibrant wildings and wanting to charge in life. Thank you, PBPC for facilitating a healthy body, a happy mind, and a kick ass spirit.
fastest and easiest way to get lean and toned. made for everyone: people looking to cross-train, pregnant and postpartum moms, injuries I have had a torn ACL and neck injuries. try it out, you won’t be disappointed! updated: the owners are unethical, treat their employees poorly, and don’t care about the safety of their clients. the technique remains amazing, the owners do not deserve to be supported.
Pure Barre Park City offers an amazing low impact 50 minute workout that tones and strengthens the entire body. I absolutely love the workouts and the Pure Barre Community. Thanks Pure Barre !
Great instructors, great atmosphere - you'll get a crazy good workout! Good selection of women's workout clothing and they carry Suja Juice!
Used to be a great place for a workout until new owners came in without a clue.
