Getting treatments at Reflex Knee has transformed my life completely. Now I'm at age 74 and able to play pickle ball 5 times a week, hike, do my yoga practice and not be in pain. I plan to continue taking good care of my knees in the aging process so I can do the things I love doing. THANK YOU Reflex Knee!!!!
Appointments are promptly kept. My 1st appointment took over an hour & never felt rushed..Everything is carefully explained..All the staff are warm, pleasant, and professional.
Dr. Vogt and team as well as the PT providers at Reflex Knees helped me regain mostly pain free mobility and range of motion in my knees. I’m a pretty active 50 year old. I dealt with early arthritis for 18 months before going to Reflex. Tried a variety of treatment and therapies. Was losing faith. Hope restored! And with it, soccer, pickleball, tennis and golf. Dr Vogt takes time to get to know her patients’ condition and ambition. Builds a plan to recover and maintain. Can’t rate their services highly enough. Thank you, Reflex!
Reflex has been my “go-to” for almost 5 years! They have kept me from having 2 complete knee replacements. Their caring, friendly staff has given me so much hope & ability to continue walking. I can never repay them for all the pain relief that I’ve gotten from their treatments. Now I’ve found I can’t afford to make the hour trip any longer.. I’m so sad! I have a new provider but if they don’t help me.:. I WILL BE BACK! Thank you all for your friendship!
Reflex Knee staff are, without exception, well-trained, knowledgeable, caring and upbeat. They are a joy to interact with. Appointments are always on time, and everyone goes out of their way to make patients feel comfortable and welcome.
Always the highest level of care. I travel 200 miles for each treatment because I trust my Doctor and Reflex to provide my knee care. It has helped so much.
The PRP Injections have been a lifesaver for me and Dr. Vogt explains everything to you in detail so you know what to expect. Excellent care from all the employees.

Reflex puts their patients at risk by following outdated process for personal data collection. SSN is not a required field. Even Medicare reissued cards without SSNs due to the high incidence of medical data breaches and identity theft. Reflex insisted that I provide my SSN, even after they had validated my insurance information. They also tried to pretend that demographic data is required. I work in the privacy and security space and advised that they did not need this information. The rep insisted that they needed the demographic information to help find me in case I skipped payment. Good luck finding someone based on "Married, White, Non-Latino, English Speaking, Female" in Portland. I told them I was not comfortable providing my SSN and they advised I would need to pay my bill in full if I was not willing to provide it. I find it concerning and disappointing that some medical practitioners still try to strong arm patients into providing information that is not required - needless to say, I did not stay for my appointment. I hope that Reflex educates themselves on data privacy and patient rights. Patients: Just because a doctor is a doctor, doesn't mean they are right. Get second opinions. Get third opinions for important procedures! Educate yourself! You are your own best advocate!
The billing department has a lot to be improved upon. I received a bill for services received in December, 2021 in November, 2022. I paid my deductible, or so I thought for each visit in 2022, only to receive another bill for $180. Do not let them bill you. Pay at the time and save your receipts.
