Regal Independence Plaza 12 & RPX

Easy to purchase tickets online but there is also a kiosk in the lobby if you go spur of the moment. We liked the recliners and spacing of the seats. Didn't like 40 minutes of previews and high volume of sound.

I took my 3 year old daughter to see the little mermaid on Saturday. This was my first time back in a theater post pandemic and her first time in a movie theater in general. We enjoyed our experience. The theater was clean, the seats were leather and they had a nice recline. The only thing I didn’t like was that the concession stand line was so long I went back twice and it was still long obviously there are less workers post pandemic. It wasn’t a huge deal I understand the circumstances. Besides that, we had a great time. I would return!

Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. They have had so many fights at this theater, the facility has had to change their policy. Evidently, anyone under 17 has to have a parent or guardian sit WITH them no matter what movie you go into after a certain time it could be a rated G movie. The issue was not the policy, even though it will make a parents' night rough, but rather the way it was handled. The general manager, Julie, was extremely unfriendly, unprofessional, and quite rude. I also had no idea what the actual policy was until I luckily fell into a conversation with the security guards that were basically doing Julie's job, and much better I should add. But... insult to injury, the security guards mentioned Julie had waived the policy for several other people. I guess it wasn't my night. So parents, those of you who want to drop your kids off to the movies, DON'T GO THERE unless you want a headache. Not to mention it was filthy!

Attended matinee showing of Little Mermaid on 7/4/2023 and it was extremely hot in the theater. Complained to what seemed to have been management and he stated they were aware but, offered no type of compensation or even suggestion of a refund. Very dissatisfied and uncharacteristic of prior Regal experiences. Unsure why ticket sales continued under those circumstances. Will not go back and will tell others to stay away.

Waited 19 minutes in line for one popcorn. 10 minutes into the movie the lights hadn't even been turned off. I had to go outside to ask them to turn them off. RPX has nice seats/audio tho

Very cozy and comfortable theatres. Screens are of fantastic quality and audio is also good. Just relax on recliners and get a pop & corn to enjoy your favourite movie. No rush and watch leisurely with friends and family? Pick a weekday and most regular weekdays aren't that rush unless a new movie or kids holiday. Also enjoy member rewards from Regal if you are a regular.

People had their flashlight on behind us, and someone sitting in the front row had their flash on their iPhone so every time they got a message it lit up the screen, happened alot Just gonna stick to AMC in MarketFair

Clean. Went to a 10:40 matinee. 12 people in the theater. Nice staff. Popcorn was typical. I'd go back.

Good movie watching exp. Well maintained and comfortable recliners. Bathrooms are small and could easily get crowded on a busy day.

THEY SCAMMED ME! I went and paid for a movie in which they would not let my friends in because of the curfew. So I we got a “refund” but the money was NEVER sent back to card that I paid with. They won’t answer the phone and they have nobody to contact. So basically we wasted money for no reason with no way of getting it back.
