Excellent doctor. Was well taken care of immediately. He removed a toe nail within 30 seconds after numbing the toe. Very satisfied. 09-08-2022 Went in to remove my second toe nail on this date. Exceptional doctor and great facility staff. I recommend anyone with foot issues to consult with this center for treatment. Thank you.
Stay away from this place!!! A lot of the reviews here are propaganda or paid for. While there, I signed a release form so my Primary Dr. cud get the results. I verbally asked front receptionist to plse. submit to my Primary care. 2 wks. went by & nothing. After 2 wks went by I called them. They said they were waiting on Dr. After 3 wks I called again, this time I was told the Dr. had to approve the release of my medical records. After 4 wks passed, my Primary Drs' office got involved. They made multiple attempts to get my information throughout the following wks. to no avail. It has now been over 4 months and I can not get my medical records from them. Stay away from this place.
Extremely pleased with all aspects of the appointment. I had ingrown toenail surgery. I experienced virtually no pain and no pain so far during recovery. I recommend this clinic completely!
If I could I would give no stars to this place! I took my son 5 months ago to get checked and he needed new inserts. He has very bad condition on his feet and sometimes can't even sleep due to the pain. He was prescribed inserts by the Dr and these ladies never got the appointment for him. I've called 3 times and all I always hear is "let me call you back" THE DR IS GOOD BUT NOT THE SO CALLED ASSISTANTS
Got to see the doctor the same day I called. Personnel is very friendly, office is very clean. Dr. Quach is heaven sent! He gives excellent service and has a great sense of humor which helps when you go in nervous for a procedure. We need more Dr. Quaches in the medical field!!
The first signs this was going to be a horrible experience should have been the long line that was qued outside for a 1 pm appointment. The Weslaco office closes at 12 I guess or whenever for lunch they open at 1 pm. They gave over 10 of us appointments for the same time 1 pm. So imagine now waiting in crutches outside. The xray machine you have to go walk and stand on. Let that sink in a little bit. You only get offered ibroprohen. Nothing else. They don't even offer a little scooter if your foot is fractured. I was given a softcast and told good bye see you talk to you later. Dr. Quam seemed agitated and got flustered trying to put my boot on and just handed it off to the nurse. I was just another number another 150 dollars.
I was seen by Dr. Quach. He was kind and caring. He saw how nervous I was about the procedure and along with his assistant comforted me throughout the process. Staff was nice and overall a very pleasant visit. Would definitely recommend this facility. If you need a podiatrist, go to Dr. Quach!
The waiting area is great, especially the kids area because it keeps the kids busy away from the other patients. The wait was not long. The girls up front are very organized and the ones in the back are all super friendly. They made my daughter's experience a pleasant one. Dr. QUACH made us feel comfortable and my daughter was not scared at all. He was funny and works fast. Will definitely recommend to others.
Dr. Quach is a very good doctor. His facility is very clean and spacious. His staff is kind and answers all your questions. My first visit was great and since then I come here for my foot care.
Overall great service! Dr Quach did and excellent work getting my ingrowns remove. Got greed by staff and with this COVID 19 you never know how clean offices are but this office was clean and hand sanitizer was giving to everyone. Would recommend Dr Quach not only for ingrown removal but for all feet problems!
