If you shop at this location, I HIGHLY recommend you work with Gerardo Padilla. I lucked up on this location while on my way to another store and decided to stop by and I am really glad I did. I left with a nearly fully furnished apartment, quality pieces at affordable prices all thanks to Gerardo. He is phenomenal! Very professional, patient, honest and great at customer service. He walked the entire floor with me and was attentive and interactive the entire time. One thing I really appreciated about him is that when I showed him an item I was interested in, he looked over the entire item with me, pointing out conditioning that I may have missed. It was clear he wanted me to be satisfied with my purchase and to me, that speaks of his integrity. He would also show me multiple options of whatever piece of furniture I was looking to buy, some above the price point and some below. We left no corner unturned. Having just moved to Houston, I was overwhelmed with shopping around for furniture but Gerardo provided me a one stop shop solution and I am extremely happy and satisfied. I am only working with Gerardo when I return. Give him a chance, you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Gerardo.

Found what I was looking for and was able to get my items loaded up to take home the same day. Customer Service was great. My items were bookshelves for my office. They did take a while to put together but I knew that when I made my purchase.

The sales rep was great . But the problem I have with them is that when I went to pick up my items they said that they don't tie down items for customers but when I look to my right the guys was loading and tying the furnisher for the next customer but when I asked him about it he just walked off and closed the garage door. That's HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. He needs to be trained. He is there only for a pay check not customer care. ALL RULES SHOULD APPLY TO ALL CUSTOMERS PERIOD.

The experience was great. Jose Bautista was our sales person. He was awesome. This was the second time he had helped us. We purchased a bedroom set. Will definitely come back again

Everyone was so great throughout our entire transaction. The manager, Ms. Rhonda, at the Humble store, went above and beyond to help us. The sales team was great and stayed late to get us all checked out and answer our questions. Each customer service representative at the distribution/call center was extremely professional and did exactly what they said they would. We will definitely shop here again.

Tried to speak with two different salesmen. Seemed like neither one wanted to help us. LEFT and drove to the WILLOWBROOK location. The gentleman was able to secure the sale in less than 15 minutes because we already knew what we wanted. I had pictures and sku numbers ready to show him. Easy!

I went into rooms Togo to get a bed for my elderly aunt. Eugene was such a great help. He was knowledgeable and offered exceptional service to us. I'd recommend him for anyone looking to buy a mattress.

Eugene was very helpful, helped us find the right mattress for me and my husband! Explained all the great qualities each mattress has to make sure we choose the perfect one that fits us. Will be going back soon!

Very big place so expect to be there awhile. Employees are nice and they all wear masks which was a relief. They have alot of good stuff for a great price. I will constantly be checking in to see what new stuff they have. The guys that load your stuff for you are very helpful as well.

We went to this location and were willing to buy a $500 outdoor set and most of the employees were sitting down on a couch and ignored us so we asked one of the employees for help but put no interest in the sale and left.
