Rosa's Roasted Corn

This place is for sure a must stop while you are in Ruidoso. This is the elote I’ve been searching for. It was so delicious. The cucumber cup was good as well. The person serving me was so friendly.

Love Rosa’s! It’s always packed but worth the wait!! If you get a chance please stop here and get some delicious corn or one of her other snacks, there’s always cold drinks too!!

This is really good! We just got regular corn and it was delicious. We ate half of it before remembering to take a picture.

Lady running the place was extremely busy. She seemed very annoyed and looked at us like she wanted to kill us. Very uncomfortable experience. Never going there again.Food: 1/5

A 1 room take and go spot in the center of Midtown Ruidoso...right off Sudderth and Eagle across from Noisy Water winery. Amazing roasted corn on the cob. You can get arroz in a cup or roasted in the husk as a snack or to take home. Best side you can get for your vacation rental BBQ!

This stand along with the other one with the pony rides has delicious roasted corn, a true Mexican elote that you can customize yourself, will be back again!

Corn is sweet, its not supposed to be sweet other than thàt my kids enjoyed the nachos .

Very good roasted corn and paired with a mexican is the best combo! Totally recommend
