Food is waaaaay overpriced. I ordered tomatoes on my tacos but received none. Kid who was at the counter was polite and friendly. I didnt complain about not getting tomatoes. They were as usual short staffed. Place was clean. I wont go back simply because the prices are ridiculous.Food: 2/5
Stopped for a quick meal. Dining room was closed with a posted sign saying they don't have enough staff. Looks like drive through only and credit card only. Maybe they should just close down. I didn't want to eat in the car so I went elsewhere.Food: 1/5
The restaurant is kiosk only that are slow and kind of gross. Tables were gross and needed to be wiped down but it seemed like they only had enough staff to prepare food and not clean kiosks and tables
My food was cold and i waited like and hour there place was so dirty i might have gondarea and they called me a little crackerFood: 1/5
I would give it a 5 if you could still order at the register because there are days I don't want to use my card and want to pay cash but it's a kiosk order only,so if you want to use cash you have to go through the drive in. Other than that everything else is fine,it's affordable and easy Parking: Parking is tight. If you drive a truck and decide you want to go to eat don't park right in front of the store because you can get blocked in by vehicles that are in line for the drive through
THE SLOWEST TACO BELL IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY. We ordered food nearly 40 min ago and they tell us we are barely starting on your order. It was 5 items, including the drink. The other Taco Bell’s service is very fast. So this is the only complaint we have for this one only. Ruidoso.

Very clean and friendly taco Bell in the middle of nowhere. Staff was really nice and they had everything you can expect from a taco Bell.
Ordered food on the app to pickup at the lobby. I did not want to go through the drive thru. I arrived at the time my order was suppose to be ready and the line for the drive thru was long. The lobby had a sign that said the lobby was closed due to short staffing. I had to sit in the drive thru for an extra 20 min to get my order. They did make my order fresh though, so that was nice. I don’t understand why they offer in store pickup on the mobile app if that isn’t a real option. The timing messed up our plans.
