Always the best service and trucks! Terri has been there for as long as I have done business with Ryder and treats us well. This place is the best there is from quality of trucks to making it happen when there seems to be no hope.

Best Ryder I've been to. Chuck was very helpful with fixing a problem I came in with, and very accommodating. Darryl fueled me and even washed the windshield and mirrors. Also, clean shower. Great all around.

Well managed lot of trucks.. Very organized and clean.. I think the parking lot could use more lighting at night, but seems like there is always someone around so it’s not creepy.

Horrible experience!!! We took the truck to be diagnosed as it was under warranty the week before Thanksgiving and 1.5 week went by without hearing from Ryder or the warranty department. Long story short.....they repaired one thing but the truck mileage needle and gas gage stopped working the day it was picked up. We called and have documented emails reaching out to the warranty department and Ryder and they did NOT respond back. Will report to the Better Business Bureau. STAY AWAY FROM RYDER IN MORRISVILLE, N.C.

I am more than happy to be working out of this location, Terry, Ian and Brian is positive and truly what anyone could hope for in customer service. I used Penske for many months, lots of volume. I left Penske due to irregular pricing and less than professional service. I wish I would have made the switch long ago. Great trucks, selection and maintained condition.

Friendly nice ppl, I go there to fuel my truck and they do it for me I don't have to exit the truck at all.
