Brenda P. Should be fired. It took 2 front desk people and 1 via phone before one of them got a Manager Brenda P. To get help and that was after I walked out and went back because I needed my medication for epilepsy. When I began treating them in return to the poor level of service I was receiving Brenda P. walked away to make a call and laughed at me. I told her how unprofessional that was and she laughed. She said she was trying to help me, but came back with no solution just wanted my HR Managers number to call and verify...I had my ins enrollment from the company, the first woman who was helping me saw my replies to questions via email upon first getting there...I asked Brenda P, what more do you need? You need to talk to them you have my HR insurance enrollment showing the effective date, you've had a woman working here who has seen emails from my HR manager....and you Brenda P. Are saying your trying to help me? All you're doing is trying to find reasons not to. Helping me ....an Epileptic out of medication means see a Dr get your medicine we'll figure this out after. All you had to do Brenda P was NOT DENY service to a client... insurance or not who could be in danger without their medication. But when I denied you access to my HR Mgr you then denied healthcare to me.....you're pathetic and a horrible healthcare professional and have no right being in this field and I demand you're fired. Demand it!!! If I have a seizure on the way home I hope all victims families sue you and North Memorial Clinic for billions UPDATE... Thanks Brenda, you denying me service and accessibility to getting my prescription filled created and played part to me having a seizures last night. Today upon seeing a Dr at another facility who upon seeing I had insurance effective 6/1/2019 and verifying with my HR MGR upon first opportunity also ran into I wasn't in the Ins. Company system but between the Med. Provider and Ins Co. Agreed that with verification of premiums paid they would cover my visit since I have enrollment forms verified from my employer dated over a month ago. This took all of 10 minutes to do. Brenda P. Thanks for the Gran-Mal seizures last night your incompetence to bill an ins. Provider for services clearly shown there is coverage for shows me you don't care about patients, just being paid. You deserve the downfall sure to happen to you.

Plan to be on hold when scheduling an appointment. Hold time to schedule an appointment is terrible. Wait times for my appointment s is a minimum of 10 minutes.
