"We are a unique RV Park, nestled behind Sharkarosa Wild Life Park. We offer 60 uncovered slips and 30 covered slips that can accommodate the largest RV's. We are in walking distance from several restaurants. It's a beautiful an serene park with several hiking trails, and your always welcome to visit the wildlife ranch and see all of our amazing animals. We also have on site storage and outdoor storage for your convenience. We look forward to meeting you!"

We recently stayed at Shark Tooth and we’re absolutely wrapped with the location, cleanliness and friendless of the people. Chad was a super host and really looked after us. Loved visiting the Sharkarosa Wildlife too and just a 5min walk!! Thanks guys for making our Texas visit great!! Loved it!!
Been a resident just shy of a year I leave a storage unit and everything. I can't complain about anything because the host is great and super friendly...except the fact that I now have property damage because of the bolt sticking up on a speed bump that is leading up the drive to get into the park.... the bolt snagged my skid plate and tore it off as I drove over it at 2 mph. I drive a stock dodge sitting on 20s... and when i called the host to report damage she said she forwarded my information to the owner and it's been more than 24 hours since the incident and I've yet to hear from the owner. Wouldn't be in such a hurry to hear back except the drive is gravel and now there is no plate protecting the bottom of my engine. Really hope I'm able to get this fixed between the property owner and myself and not get the police department involved for property damage.
Going on 2 years here at the Shark Tooth. My wife and I snowbird and stay in South Dakota for the summer working on a Honey Bee business and helping at my families ranch along with managing 2 rental properties we own there. Our daughter stayed at the Camper thru the summer and had 1 issue, a leaking water line directly in front of our camper. Which the staff identified and repaired before she made it back from work. The Trains are well, Trains and the engineer has to honk at each and every RR crossing. Even ones with a locked gate like the one only 150 yards from our campsite, we have gotten used to it. Our Granddaughter loves seeing the animals at the SharkaRosa Wildlife Ranch every time we leave or return to the campsite. As well as our after supper walk to Dairy Queen for ice cream and we always have to have our headlamps on and hunt witches, and goblins on our way to and from the DQ. Even once we find a property to purchase we plan to keep our campsite and move an employee into it there as a bonus for our employee since affordable living is in scarce supply anywhere in Denton County.
Great price, location was nice, train horn every night.
Yes there are trains but didn’t bother me. Great place otherwise. Laundry is top notch. Never had any issues that weren’t quickly resolved. Price is right too!
This place is very nice and has everything you can imagine to do very close by. Great place to unwind and relax . The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Love living here everyone is so nice and love the quiet times from 10pm till 7am.
Park was nice and open. No issues with anything. Amenities doesn’t affect how I feel when you have an open space, nice and clean park. Will definitely stay again if we’re in the area. The park host Cindy came and introduced herself when we were settled and was polite and informative.
I've been here for 7 months and I plan on being here a while. Great Management / Park Host / Ownership. Restaurants convenience store within walking distance. Free laundry for residents.
I would give 0 stars if possible. -No lights for the people to see at night outside their campers. -Has no trees. -A lot of potholes including on the parking spots -Uneven RV parking spots -Too expensive for not having a good and maintained access road and maintained spots -complaining about a window ac unit on my camper when I saw 4 different campers with window units and they didn't say a word to them - have a 2015 RV and they were complaining that my RV is too old and I saw 3 other RV's old and tearing in pieces. -the lady that manages the RV is rude with people. Please stay away of this RV park leave it for your very last option. I rather sleeping with my camper on the side of the road than being back at this place.
