Following my surgery, I've been coming to this hospital regularly. Everyone - doctors, nurses, orderlies, technicians, phlebologists, receptionists all except the security staff are just a picture of excellence. At registration, however, there is one person that deserve a special recognition: The incomparable Ms. Brown. If she was having a bad day, you'd never know. Whenever she is there, I am treated like a VIP, even though I'm poorly dressed, disheveled, and often unshaven thank God for masks. She handles multiple registration with high degree pf professionalism and speed, with genuine kindness. I was almost tempted to ask her if she attended any house of worship, because that would be the kind of church I would want to go to.
