All of the top shelf brands and styles under one roof. - had the pleasure of Monica's time. She helped me pick out different pieces that would go good together. She compared diffrent sweatshirts hats and vests coats that would look nice together. Patiently let me try on a few pairs of glasses until I made a selection. She was like my personal fashion assistant. Monica gave the place energy, And suggestions for me to choose from. She is fun to be around and I enjoyed the experience at the store. I credit Monica for my follow ups with the store for now on. -You Rock Monica- thank you so much.

Went into starboard to "window shop." A watch caught my eye and I decided to buy it. The associate helping me told me that the manager could take a couple links out because it was too big. I have a lot of watches and know it doesn't take long to remove a link or two. The associate rang me up for a $270 watch. He turned to ask "Ronnie the manager" if she could take a link out. She said she was with a customer and didn't have time to take a link out and that I could leave it there to be picked up. First of all, she was putting shoes in a box and there were 3 other employees that could have stepped in to help said "customer." Second of all, I'm not gonna leave the store and come back to pick it up. I live clear on the other side of town. Either way I'm spending a good amount of money on a watch. Take 2 minutes out of your time to remove a link. Left the store pissed off with a watch that doesn't even fit.

Let me first say the customer service is phenomenal. The staff is completely friendly and so welcoming. I couldn’t ask for a better experience every time I walk in. I wish all stores could show the dedication to customer service like this establishment.

Good customer service makes or breaks a returning customer ladies. Making a customer feel wanted goes a long ways. Walked in with my bf & 3 clerks standing behind the counter look up said nothing and 2 clerks out on the floor not a peep from them either. Few minutes later a lady walked in returning items got a,"Hello, how are you? returing items today? I can help you"...No thanks I'll drive the 2 hours to Minot and spend my money elsewhere!

Friendly staff and nice selection of clothes. Worth the $ to be able to buy it in town and not search online or drive hours to another town. Prices are very comparable to anywhere else. Great place to check out!
