Classes at Suvita Yoga are focused on giving newcomers a sustainable, injury-free practice with an emphasis on practicing yoga in a way that the body is designed to function, which is unique to the individual.
Our classes are conducted with an emphasis on practicing self-care, the importance of diaphragmatic breathing, moving in a pain-free range of motion and encouraging positive self-talk and affirmations during yoga sessions.
