Phase 2 which is underway now and will continue through spring and early summer in preparation for the beginning of the 2015 season will offer the first 70 full service sites with 20/30/50amp service, village water and village sewer all on approx 35x90 over-sized sites each with a 15x40 concrete pad with a 10x12 paver patio, picnic table and fire ring, marina facility with 60 slips with full hook-ups available, boat launch and watercraft rentals, 30x90 waterfront pavilion tent, 38 self storage units, in-ground pool facility with expansive deck area and Tiki bar, volley ball courts, 5 chalet cottage rentals, 5 park cabin rentals, retail RV, camping & marine supply center and 1 bath house with laundry facilities!!
When fully completed in 2017 we will offer a total of 280 full service over-sized RV sites all with 20/30/50amp service, village water and village sewer, 120 slip marina with full hook-ups available and 40 tent sites complete with a in-ground pool facility with expansive deck area and Tiki bar, volley ball courts, playground, walking trails, waterfront pavilion, 115 self storage units, maintenance/storage building, 5 chalet cottage rentals, 5 park cabin rentals, playground, bath houses, on site restaurant, retail RV, camping & marine supply center and marina store with watercraft rentals
