We are a federally funded TRiO Program here on the Sylvania Campus at Portland Community College in Portland Oregon. We support students to get a degree.
ROOTS is located in the CC building room 225 at PCC Sylvania, 12000 SW 49th Avenue, Portland, Oregon.
The ROOTS office has a variety of people who are there to help you with what ever situation you come across. we have two academic advisers, a financial aid liaison, a program assistant, a group of mentors and tutors, and the Director of the program. If you ever need any kind of help, just stop in and ask!
Our mission is to increase the success, retention, graduation and transfer rates of academically underprepared, low-income and first-generation students, and students who experience disabilities, and to foster an institutional climate that supports those students.
